Happy Wheels has arrived just as the tragic, blasphemous phase of Flash's end is approaching—a truly nerve-wracking moment. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Hopefully, the anxiety over losing Happy Wheels hasn't kept you from getting a restful night's sleep. If you weren't aware that this project was in development, we're excited to share some fantastic news: this is the first public release of the game. Please bear with us as we work to squash any remaining bugs in future updates. While I still favor the original Flash version, one of the standout features of this release is its excellent performance on mobile devices. Currently, there are no on-screen mobile controls included, but they will be added in the next update. Thank you for your patience. If you're eager to try it out on your phone now, a Bluetooth keyboard works very well as an alternative input. Although I initially stated that the game would run at 60 frames per second, some of the more challenging levels may experience slight slowdowns at that framerate. However, this setting is adjustable, and I may host a dedicated 60 Hz version on a separate page for users with powerful CPUs. Rest assured, Happy Wheels JS aims to faithfully replicate the original experience in both design and gameplay. The database of users, levels, and replays remains unchanged since the initial release. The only thing that’s vanished is the impending doom of the universe's end. Use the arrow keys to move left and right, and press the spacebar to jump.
